Thank you for shopping at Kitchlab Store. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it – unused, unworn, and undamaged.

        What's the difference between this and other filters?

        ✔️ Most filtered showerheads found on websites like Amazon only use KDF-55 or activated carbon materials as the "filter." But they don't contain anything for ultrafiltration capabilities to filter our physical contaminents. In other words, they don't do the job very well. We made Kitchlab to have the best water filtration capabilities on the market. Kitchlab combines both KDF-55 and activated carbon into its 15-layer filtration system. There is no showerhead filter on the market like ours.
