Thank you for shopping at Kitchlab Store. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it – unused, unworn, and undamaged.

  • In its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals (if any).

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at Support@kitchlab.store. We will provide you with the return instructions and shipping label if your return is approved.

⚠️ Do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

🔁 Return address will be provided upon request and depends on the item’s origin or fulfillment center.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Contact us at Support@kitchlab.store with photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, plants)

  • Personalized/custom items

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

  • Flammable or hazardous materials

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the product and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received your funds, please contact us at Support@kitchlab.store.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as long as:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • You provide proof of purchase
